Important notes:
1. When you arrive at Noibai International Airport, you’ll see our personnel who holds a PRINTED placard saying “Hanoi Journey welcome + your name” awaits at the airport terminal upon email. In case no reply, we will resend it after 24 hours. DO NOT pick any other sign board that only has your name on.
2. The driver MUST show you pick up code that match your booking code (that we provide you when confirming airport pick up). If the code doesn’t match, do not leave with him. Please contact us immediately at the number at the footer of every email for our assistance.
3. If your flight land at Terminal 2- International Terminal, please could you kindly come to ARRIVAL GATE A2. Our driver will waiting for you over there. Incase, you cannot find the driver please go to the “Information Desk” and ring us on : ( +84 ) 936 859 189
