I have visited Bai Dinh Pagoda and Trang An by private car with drive. I have to say their service was really good because car was clean, new and cozy with strong air conditioners. Especially my driver can speak English, basic level but it is ok. Thank Hanoi Journey team for great trip.

Booked a Sapa overnight tour and Ha Long Bay with Ethan from Hanoi Journey and not only was the price very good but so was the service. The train tickets to Sapa to the whole itinerary was very well organised. It was a very personalized service, as I wasn’t able to pay online prior to booking, Ethan kindly came to my hotel to confirm booking.
