DAY 1: Hanoi Arrival (Including airport pick-up, Meals: None)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, Our representative will welcome and transfer to hotel for check-in. Free at your leisure. Overnight at our hotel in Hanoi.
DAY 2: Hanoi City Tour. Over night train to get to Sapa (Meals: B/L)
8:00 – 8:20 Our tour guide will come to pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi. Then visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 – the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Then continue on to the Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda at West lake (One of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam).Then visit Bat Trang pottery village (applied on Mon, Wed & Fri). Lunch at local restaurant.
PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum (apply on Sun, Tue, Thu & Sat), the Literature Temple and QuocTuGiam, see Vietnam’s first university, constructed in 1070 – it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture will offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Take you past HoanKiem Lake to see the peaceful waters, and the beauty of Ngoc Son temple. At the end, journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration. Tour ends around 15h30 – 16h00.
Back to your hotel – overnight train to get to Sapa
DAY 3: Sapa – Cat Cat and Sin Chai – Sapa (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Arrive at Lao Cai station in the morning, our driver will be waiting for you at the station’s exit holding a sign with Friendly travel logo and your name clearly marked.
From Lao Cai, our driver will then escort you in our comfortable mini-bus to Sapa. Throughout this 60 minutes scenic drive up through the mountains, be sure to look out the window at the captivating views of emerald green valleys, majestic mountains shrouded in cloud and intricate rice paddy fields.
Upon arriving into Sapa, you will have breakfast and fresh-up yourselves at our Golden Sun Villa. We will then depart from the hotel at 9:00am and walk down 3Km to Exploring Cat Cat – Shin chai village of H’mong – A colonial French discovered area and a renowned resort to officials from the early twentieth century.
Arriving to Cat Cat village, visitors will be visiting the Hydropower station, the waterfall of Cat Cat village as well as learning about the culture, customs and unique people here with traditional crafts such as weaving, carved silver, hand forged agricultural tools.
After that you will walk back to Sapa (4Km) for having lunch at our local restaurant

DAY 4: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa- Hanoi (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Breakfast and check-out the room before 9:00AM. Then we could start our trek down to Y Linh Ho, a village inhabited by the Hmong minority. This is a great opportunity to take photographs of hereditary terraces that are estimated around 100 years old. From Y Linh Ho we will make our way to Lao Chai village where you will visit the Hmong home town. You will then continue to Ta Van, an established Hmong and Giay village. In Ta Van village we will then arrange a mini van to pick you up and take you to Sapa.
Upon arriving back into Sapa arround 2:30PM, you will have a few hours to take shower and spend in town. Depending on what time your train departs, our driver will come to collect you at either 4.30pm or 5.30pm and take you to Lao Cai train station. Dinner in Sapa town before you leave to Hanoi
DAY 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Arrive at Tran Quy Cap station in the morning, our driver will be waiting for you at the station’s exit holding a sign with Friendly travel logo and your name clearly marked. You will wait at hotel for Ha Long Bay 2 Days 1 Night
In the morning our tour bus and guide will come to your hotel and transfer you to Ha Long Bay. After an approximate 3,5 hours drive we will arrive at HaLong Bay wharf, you will be met by our crew who escort you on board and serve welcome drinks. You then check into your cabin and we begin cruising into Halong Bay. Have lunch in the restaurant while you enjoy the stunning views of the Bay. In the early afternoon we arrive at floating fishing village and drop anchor. Our guide will give you some information and interesting facts about this fascinating village and its local community. We disembark and travel on the sampans rowed by the local people. They will be your guides through their fishing village where you can meet the locals, visit the school and pearl farms. If you want private moment you can also go kayak by yourself to discover the surrounding area (Kayaking fee is included). See first-hand what life is like living on the water. Back on board we head for the island and beaches for swimming and relaxing on deck to pamper yourself. On the island you can go swimming, relax on the beach, play sport or hiking to the top of the mountain for overview image of the bay. At night, you you can join in our activities like squid fishing, karaoke, movies or simply relax on quieted top deck for fresh atmosphere of the bay.
DAY 6: Ha Long Bay- Hanoi (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
For the early risers join us for a Tai Chi session on the sun deck or take the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of a Halong Bay sunrise. After breakfast we set sail for Bo Hon Island. Disembark and visit (Sung Sot) Surprise Cave. It is one of the largest grottoes in Halong Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.
An early lunch is made available to enjoy while we head back to Halong wharf on another scenic route. We arrive back at the wharf at 12 noon for our drive back to your hotel in Hanoi arriving at 5.pm. Overnight in Hanoi
DAY 7: Bai Dinh- Trang An ( Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
8:00 – 8:30: Tour guide and car pick you up at your address to depart for Ninh Binh province (100 Kms).Start Bai Dinh – Trang An Tour.
On the way, you will have chances to take the outlook of Vietnam rice fields with the harding-working farmers doing their working in the large rice fields
10:30 – 12:00: Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda.
The most important emphasizing point of these great religion works are Tam The Temple and Phap Chu Temple. Two temples cover a total area of 1,000 square meters . The height of Phap Chu Temple is up to 22m and it contains five partitions . In the centreof this temple is a bronze Buddha Sykamuni statue with 10 meters high and 100 tons heavy which is certificated as the biggest statue in Vietnam. This statue is casted by the pure bronze bought from Russian, casted and installed by the famous artisans of casting bronze statue in Y Yen, Nam Dinh . Moreover, there are several national records in this temple such as three largest horizontal lacquered boards(hoành phi) and three biggest “CuaVong” ( a kind of door which is sophisticatedly sculpted and engraved ) .In Tam The Temple , there are three Tam The statues representing the past, the present and the future. Each statue is 12 m high and weighs 100 tons.
Another special feature in Bai Dinh pagoda is “Great Bell” with the weight of 36 tons was casted and located in Bell Tower. In addition, there is 70 -ton bronze drum on the floor of the Tower. What’s more, coming to Bai Dinh pagoda, visitors have a chance to see the biggest Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva statue in Bodhissattva Temple. This statue looks so marvellous with thousand hands and eyes to present the protection and universal salvation for common people.
Furthermore, visitors will be astonished at the collection of 500 Arahat statues on the hill on the right – hand side of Phap Chu Temple. The 500 Arhat statues with the height of 2.3m, carved by Ninh Binh stone have different positions and gestures that create magic space and lively atmosphere.
Without a doubt, Bai Dinh pagoda is masterpiece of both nature and men and it is the pride of Vietnamese people in terms of unique architecture, culture and historical value
12:30: Have lunch in local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork ….
14:30: We will transfer from Bai Dinh to Trang An. Trang An has limestone system and natural various caves.Trang An is considered as Ha Long Bay on the land.In Trang An tourist attraction,we take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, NauRuou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers..Coming to Trang An eco-tourism complex, tourists can enjoy the grandeur of the mountains, explore majestic caves and have a pure of relaxation with the spiritual culture of Bai Dinh Pagoda.
16:00: Getting on the car for returning to Hanoi.
16:30: Back to Hanoi and get drop off at your hotel in Hanoi. Bai Dinh- Trang An Tour ends.
DAY 8: Hanoi – Departure (Meals: B)
After have breakfast at your hotel. Free at your leisure until departure to Noibai international airport for your departure. Tour ends.
